One of the questions can be refined

There is a question whether standard CDD must be completed for high risk transactions (true or false). As a matter of substance, the answer is true (i.e. standard CDD is in fact collected on all such transactions, but with some extra information needed due to it being "enhanced"); but as a matter of terminology the answer is false (and false was deemed the correct answer). Perhaps the question could be framed differently, as the emphasis of the module should ideally be on substance rather than form.
