Application of this Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2.1 This privacy policy applies to all instances in which personal information is collected from a<br \/>\nCustomer by Alpha AML.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2.2 By using the products and\/or services offered by Alpha AML (the <strong>Products and Services<\/strong>), the<br \/>\nCustomer consents to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and processing of personal<br \/>\ninformation in accordance with this privacy policy.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Changes to this Policy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3.1 Alpha AML may change this policy at any time by uploading a revised privacy policy to its website,<br \/>\nwww.alphaamltraining.com\/au (the <strong>Website<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3.2 All Customers agree to be bound by the privacy policy that is in effect at the time they use the<br \/>\nProducts and Services.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Collection of Personal Information<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4.1 Alpha AML will collect the following personal information:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>(a) <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information provided by the Customer from <\/span>any communication with Alpha AML either directly, via phone or email.<\/li>\n<li>(b) Information obtained by or submitted to Alpha AML from the Customer through that<br \/>\nCustomer&#8217;s use (or prospective use) of the Products and Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4.2 Alpha AML may supplement the information provided to it with information it receives from third<br \/>\nparties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4.3 We do not collect any sensitive information about Customers, including details about any<br \/>\nCustomer\u2019s race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political information, health information or biometric data.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Personal Information that may be collected<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5.1 Alpha AML may, in addition to other information, collect the following information about a<br \/>\nCustomer:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>(a) The Customer&#8217;s name, phone number, residential address and email address.<\/li>\n<li>(b) The Customer&#8217;s gender and date of birth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5.2 If any Customer chooses not to provide information when we ask for it, they may not be able to use<br \/>\nthe Products and Services.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>6. Use of Personal Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6.1 The information that Customers provide to Alpha AML may be used:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>(a) to verify the identity of the Customer;<\/li>\n<li>(b) in connection with the provision (or potential provision) of the Products and Services to the<br \/>\nCustomer;<\/li>\n<li>(c) to communicate with Customers in relation to the Products and Services;<\/li>\n<li>(d) to market the Products and Services to Customers, including contacting Customers<br \/>\nelectronically (for example, by email or an online messaging platform);<\/li>\n<li>(e) to undertake credit checks of any Customer (if necessary);<\/li>\n<li>(f) to invoice any Customer and to collect money that a Customer owes to us, including<br \/>\nauthorising and processing credit or debit card transactions;<\/li>\n<li>(g) to respond to communications from a Customer, including any complaints;<\/li>\n<li>(h) to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authorities;<\/li>\n<li>(i) to protect and\/or enforce our legal rights and interests, including defending any claim; or<\/li>\n<li>(j) for any other purpose authorised by a Customer, the Privacy Act and\/or GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6.2 Alpha AML reserves the right to use data (on a strictly anonymous basis) in relation to Customer&#8217;s<br \/>\nuse of the Products and Services for marketing and accounting purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6.3 Customers may request Alpha AML to stop sending marketing messages at any time, by<br \/>\ncontacting Alpha AML on <a href=\"mailto:support@alphaamltraining.co.nz\">support@alphaamltraining.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">7. Cookies<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">7.1 Alpha AML uses cookies (being an alphanumeric identifier that we transfer to your computer\u2019s hard<br \/>\ndrive so that we can recognise your browser) in order to monitor your use of the Website.<br \/>\nCustomers may disable cookies by changing the settings on their browser, although this may mean<br \/>\nthat you cannot use all of the features of the Website.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">8. Disclosure of Information<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">8.1 Unless expressly authorised to do so by the relevant Customer or under this privacy policy, Alpha<br \/>\nAML will not disclose any Customer&#8217;s personal information to any third party except where<br \/>\ndisclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected (as stated in clause 6.1<br \/>\nabove).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">9. Protection and Retention of Personal Information<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">9.1 Alpha AML will take all reasonable steps to ensure the personal information collected, used or<br \/>\ndisclosed in accordance with this privacy policy is stored in a secure environment protected from<br \/>\nunauthorised access, modification or disclosure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">9.2 Alpha AML will hold personal information collected in accordance with this privacy policy both<br \/>\nbefore and after the provision of its Products and Services in order to fulfil the purposes for which it<br \/>\nwas collected, but only for so long as we are legally entitled to do so.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">9.3 From time to time we may engage an overseas recipient to provide services to us. Please note that the use of overseas service providers to store personal information will not always involve a disclosure of personal information to that overseas provider. However, by providing us with your personal information, you consent to the storage of such information on overseas servers and acknowledge that APP 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures. At present we hold information on servers based in the United States and Australia.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">10. Legal Rights and Access to Personal Information<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">10.1 Customers have the following rights in relation to their personal information:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>(a) To request access to their personal information.<\/li>\n<li>(b) To request a correction to their personal information.<\/li>\n<li>(c) To request the deletion or removal of their personal information.<\/li>\n<li>(d) To object to the processing of their personal information.<\/li>\n<li>(e) To request a restriction on the processing of their personal information.<\/li>\n<li>(f) To request a transfer or their personal information to you or a third party.<\/li>\n<li>(g) To withdraw consent to the use of their personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">10.2 If at any time a Customer wishes to exercise any of the rights above, please contact Alpha AML at<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:support@alphaamltraining.co.nz\">support@alphaamltraining.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">11. Data Processing Agreement<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">11.1 This privacy policy may be supplemented or superseded between a Customer and Alpha AML<br \/>\npursuant to the terms of any data processing agreement (or document having similar effect)<br \/>\nentered into in writing between the Customer and Alpha AML.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">12. Severability<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">12.1 If any part of this privacy policy is found by a court to be invalid, void or unenforceable, whether<br \/>\nunder the Privacy Act, GDPR or any other applicable law, such provision will be deemed to be<br \/>\ndeleted from this privacy policy and the remaining provisions of will continue in full force and effect.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">13.
